I highly recommend Attorney Neal A. Fleischer. He is not only an outstanding immigration lawyer, but also a truly honest and compassionate person. He helped my mother successfully obtain her Green Card last year, and today I returned to him again to start the immigration process for my father and brothers. His professionalism, patience, and humanity stand out every single time. Without question, Neal A. Fisher is one of the best immigration attorneys in the United States. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust with your case, he is the one.E.A.

When l had my immigration case, my friend referred me to Neil Fleischer, whom he helped me get my 10 year green card in September 2024. At the time l had no hope that it was possible to get a green card without my ex husband being present, but Neil Fleischer made it all easy and gave me hope that he got my case, he got my back it’s possible. When l had questions he responded as quickly as he could. December 2024 he helped me file for the citizenship, July 2025 had my Citizenship interview and as of September 11/2025 I became a United States Citizen. I am grateful for the Fleischer Law services!! Thank you Mr Neil Fleischer, you are the best lawyer easy to work with!!C.D.

This is Dorcas from Ghana. We love to get photos and feedback from our clients! She is now a US citizen based on her hard work and good moral character.
"Today was awesome. I am finally a citizen thanks to you!" -
When promulgating the US citizenship law, Congress took into account the age and length of residence of green card holders. One such exception to the “ English Language test” is called the Age 55 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and having lived as a permanent resident in the United States for 15 years (commonly referred to as the “55/15” exception). Catalina, from Bolivia, was able to use the exception and pass her citizenship test. She is now a US citizen. Congrats to Catalina and her family.

This is Chuchu from Zambia. Chuchu has been my client for about 10 years and has always done things the right way. Last week, in Louisville, KY she was sworn in as a US citizen. We could not be happier for Chuchu and her family!
