About

Richard was the Founder of the Fleischer Law Firm LLC and had been practicing immigration law since 1973. He was the first attorney in Ohio to specialize in this area. He focused his practice on all aspects of immigration law, including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, naturalization, deportation, and asylum. Much of his time and expertise was devoted to processing PERM, national interest waivers, and outstanding research petitions. Richard was extremely successful in obtaining these classifications for clients located throughout the United States.

Richard won many accolades for his work over the years; from 2006 to 2019, he was named an Ohio “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics Magazine and the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine, as well as being named a “Leading Lawyer” by Cincy Business Magazine.

Richard passed away in January 2024, and we’ll always remember him for his dedication to helping others in their immigration journey.
