Richard I. Fleischer
Richard is the Founder of the Fleischer Law Firm LLC, and has been practicing immigration law since 1973. Richard was the first attorney in Ohio to specialize in this area. He focuses his practice on all aspects of immigration law including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, naturalization, deportation and asylum. Much of his time and expertise is devoted to processing PERM, national interest waivers and outstanding research petitions. Richard has been extremely successfully obtaining these classifications for clients located throughout the United States.
Richard has won many accolades for his work over the years; from 2006 to 2019 Richard was named an Ohio “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics Magazine and the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine, as well as being named a “Leading Lawyer” by Cincy Business Magazine.
Neil is a co-founder and partner at the Fleischer Law Firm LLC. Previously, he was a partner in t the long established law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC and formed the Fleischer Immigration Practice Group. He has been practicing Immigration law since 2000. Neil focuses his practice on all aspects of immigration law including family immigration, fiancé visas, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1 and P-1 visas.
Neil has focused much of his time preparing PERM and national interest waivers cases for his clients which include cancer and heart researchers, architects, bankers, and world class athletes. Neil takes great pride in handling complex family based appeals, where hope of family unification seems bleak. From 2009-2015, Neil I. Fleischer was named a “Rising Star” by Law & Politics Magazine and the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine.
Christopher M. Pogue

Prior to practicing law, Christopher was a Fellow with the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights and the Senior Book Review Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly (HRQ), published by The Johns Hopkins University Press. The “HRQ is widely recognized as the leader in human rights” journalism. It presents current work in international human rights research and policy analysis, reviews of related books, and philosophical essays probing the fundamental nature of human rights as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Christopher is married to a Belgian national, and they live together with their son (a dual citizen of Belgium and the US) in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Michael T. Lasonczyk
Mike earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he graduated cum laude. During law school Mike served as the Student Bar Association President, a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and as a fellow with the college’s Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights. As an Urban Morgan Fellow, Mike spent a summer working with a human rights think tank in Bogota, Colombia.
Prior to law school, Mike earned his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, where he graduated summa cum laude. While a student at the University of Alabama, Mike spent a semester studying at the University of Havana in Havana, Cuba.
